Milkoholism Shares Signs of Alcoholism

Posted: March 19, 2012 in Family Life

I took this photo of my 2 year-old daughter a few nights ago.  Why?  Because I was fascinated about the amount of milk she consumes.  I’m not really sure if it’s well within normal limits for her age but what I find funny is the way she’d consume her 10 bottles every day.  If there’s such a thing called MILKOHOLISM, then I think she has it.  She shares all the tell-tale signs of an alcoholic.

1.  When she’s sad she drinks.

2. When she’s mad, she drinks.

3. When she’s happy, she drinks.

4. When she’s tired she drinks.

5. She drinks when she’s eating.

6. She drinks herself to sleep.

7. She wakes up in the middle of the night looking for a drink.

8. She likes drinking alone.

9. When milk runs out in the house, she throws a fit.

10. She doesn’t think that she’s having way too much milk.

I don’t think there’s a Milkoholics Association in our area so what kind of intervention we’ll come up with should be a subject of a future post.
